Beckstead Estates Homes for Sale

The Beckstead Estates community is a small development located in South Jordan UT, just west of the South Jordan Cemetery. It stretches from just south of 10550 S to Koradine Dr. and from 1300 W to approximately 1100 W. Most of the homes in this subdivision were built in the 1970's, but Koradine Dr. was later extended, so the east part of Koradine does have some homes built in the 1990's. Homes in the community mainly come with 0.21 acre to 0.30 acre lots, but there are some larger lots with 0.5 or 1 acres. There is a follow-on development just to the south called Beckstead Park.
