There are actually two developments called Bonanza Acres in South Jordan. Bonanza Acres I is comprised of the streets, Horseshoe Cir, Bonanza Cir, Bonanza Way, and Bonanza Ct. It is located just to the north of South Jordan Middle School, between 2700 W and 2200 W. The majority of the homes were built between the mid 1970's to mid 1980's, although you can find the odd home built in the 1990's or even 2000's. The homes on Horseshoe Cir feature large lots, ranging from 1.90 acres to over 6 acres, and prices can run into 7 digits. Homes on the other Bonanza streets have smaller lots, but still run from 1/3 to 3/4 acre.
