Selecting Third Party Service Providers

When you buy a home its not just the buyer / seller and Realtors involved. There are also third party companies who provide services to support the home sale process, such as title, escrow and home inspection companies. Some of these provide service to both the buyer and seller, for example the title and escrow companies. In these cases you must come to an agreement with the seller as to which company you will use. Your Realtor will probably make recommendations but ultimately it is your decision along with the seller to decide who is used to provide these common services.
