Why List Your Home on the MLS

The Multiple Listing Service is what other Realtors and home buyers use to find homes. So if you don't opt to have your home listed on the MLS you are putting yourself at a big disadvantage. Your listing contract will specify if you home will or will not be listed on the MLS.
