Showing Your Home

Your home should always be available for buyers to view, even if this is inconvenient. Remember the idea to is sell your home, if you refuse a showing, that could have been the one who writes an offer.

Your real estate agent will provide a lock-box which contains a key to your home. This allows other Realtors to show your home whenever they want.

When a Realtor wants to view your home they will call your agent to schedule a time. That way you have warning and can do that last minute tidying and vacate the property. The exception to this is if the property is listed as vacant, in this case the Realtor may just show-up without an appointment.
