Home Selling Advice - One-Time Show
When would a Realtor use a One-Time Showing contract and what are they.
Listing Contracts for One Time Showings
Again this is mainly used for FSBO homes where the Realtor shows the home to one of their buyers. The home owner signs a listing contract that says the Realtor will be paid their commission if this buyer (and only this buyer) proceeds to make an offer and finishes up buying the property. This contract is intended to stop the buyer and seller coming to their own agreement, thus cutting the Realtor out of their commission.
